Overview
With seemingly endless obstacles and distractions in today’s world, those working in a number of professions face increased stress and pressure, and youth and adults alike are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. In these sessions I share simple, yet impactful mindfulness techniques to provide meaningful support for adult AND youth well-being, to decrease anxiety, burnout, and increase hope.
As a trained Mindfulness Teacher, Nature & Forest Therapy (Forest Bathing) Guide, Yoga Instructor, and Life Coach, my workshops offer practical, research-backed mental health strategies for enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. Beyond the certifications, my workshops offer practical lessons for navigating life’s challenges, inspired by my personal journey captured in my memoir, “Wander: A Memoir of Letting go and Walking 2,000 Miles to a Meaningful Life.”
My authentic, down-to-earth approach helps me connect with audiences of all ages and from all walks of life. Attendees walk away feeling inspired to use these practical self care techniques for cultivating presence in their life to manage stress and burnout, at work, school, and beyond.
