For the past 9 years, I’ve mentored and coached people (individuals and small teams) from all walks of life — from everyday individuals to executives and leaders who are navigating change and trying to find their way.
Why Mentorship Matters

How Mentorship Works
Every mentorship engagement is customized. Most begin with a short intake + clarity call, then we build a simple plan around your goals and real-life constraints.
Typical format includes:
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions (virtual; in-person by request)
Practical tools and small experiments between sessions
Lightweight accountability (so insight becomes action)
Recap notes (key takeaways + next steps)
I keep this work intentionally small so it stays high-touch.
