Sometimes a school assembly or a moment of inspiration is just the beginning. What someone really needs is a guide—someone who can walk alongside them as they reconnect with who they are and figure out where they’re going.

That’s where this work goes deeper.

I offer one-on-one mentorship and coaching for:

  • Teens navigating self-doubt, stress, or big life questions

  • Young people who feel lost, stuck, or unsure of what matters to them

  • Adults in transition, burnout, or misalignment—ready to walk a new path

Whether I’m working with a high school student or a 40-something professional, my approach is the same:

Support the person in front of me—without pressure, without judgment—and help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

What this work looks like.

This isn’t therapy.

It’s not a motivational pep talk.

And it’s definitely not about quick fixes or empty affirmations.

This is real, human, grounded support rooted in presence, reflection, and meaningful action.

  • Build self-awareness and emotional resilience

  • Let go of unhelpful narratives or external pressure

  • Strengthen decision-making and values-based action

  • Create space for new habits and aligned growth

  • Certified mindfulness teacher, trained one-on-one by a former Buddhist monk

  • Certified life coach focused on values-based living and sustainable habit change

  • Certified yoga instructor and nature therapy guide

  • 15+ years of experience helping people reconnect with what matters—and live it

I don’t just talk about this stuff. I’ve lived it.

From walking away from a life that felt out of alignment, to hiking 2,000 miles in search of clarity, to building a life rooted in purpose—I bring the real-life experience of someone who’s been there.

Session details:

  • Virtual sessions (via Google Meet), 60 minutes

  • Weekly or bi-weekly options based on your needs

  • For youth clients: parents/guardians are included in intake and receive light updates throughout

  • Between sessions: tools, prompts, or mindset shifts to help integrate the work
